Dance like there's nobody watching, Love like you'll never get hurt, Sing like there's nobody listening, Live like it's heaven on earth, And speak from the heart to be heard. ~ William W. Purkey

Wah. I've been busy. Busy busy busy. Been out of capoeira action for the past month due to dance exams & rehersals. Ughh.

Anyways, here are some questions I've been meaning to ask:

1. Is it necessary to take extra vitamins if you have a reasonably healthy diet?
2. Is vitamins more necessary if you do any regular physical activity?
3. Can you fall sick if you go off vitamin taking for a short period of time? (e.g. Vitamin C)

Answers! Opinions! Anything to enlighten me please! :)

Reliving Guilin, China

* Gui Hua (Gui flower) where the name Guilin came from. Note: Toilet paper there smells like this flower.
* Sunset along the Li River. It was the most tedious 2 hour cruise ride I ever had.
* Part of our first dinner in Guilin. Its sorta like thick, green shark's fin soup. Yummy!

* Reed Flute Cave. Blue lighting definitely works in a cave.
* Elephant Trunk Hill. Yes, the like to make stories from rocks.
* Definitely a Kodak moment. Had to zoom pretty far to get this photo of the water buffalo taking a dip.

* Concubines & the king! Face blurred to protect self-respect. LOL.
* Our supper one night- Guilin meehoon. It's good except for the pickled vege that stank!
* Shameless zoo officials who gets money from people who wants to take photos with the poor tiger. Boo!

* Taking a boat ride down Lipu Cave's underground river system. Reminded me very much of LOTR.
* Fantastic light effects during the Liu San Jie musical.
* RM20 for a 2-hour massage is SO worth it. Mmm...

If you want to see the rest, well... come on over to my place! ;) Me wanna sleep...

Peng you sekalian,

I'll be off for 5 days to Guilin, China tonight for my company holiday. This being my first trip back to the *cough* motherland, I pray that my minimal knowledge in Mandarin holds up ;)

See ya when I'm back on Sunday. Til then, zai jian!

I'm burnt. Burnt like crispy barbeque. Burnt like tasty, fatty char siew.

Boys and girls.

Remeber that catchy song by Baz Lurhman that talked about the importance of putting on sunblock lotion?

I implore you. I beg you.

Never. Ever. Forget to put on sunblock.
