Pls be informed the Sewerage Down Pipe at ground floor had burst. While waiting for contractor to repair, we need co-operation of everyone to keep the situation in control.

And to All Secretary located at 15th floor and below,

please inform everyone NOT TO USE THE TOILET FROM 15th floor and below with immediate effect.

Please use the toilet located at 15th floor and above or other toilet within xxx.

Thank you for your co-operation. We will notify you once repair work is done.
